Greetings all you fellow fisherman and women! It's that time again for the club outing season. This Saturday, we will be holding our first club outing of the year. Fishing will begin at 5am, and go until noon, and you have to be inside the small boat basin by 12.30- Lunch will follow and have more details on that Saturday. For those who have not heard, there is some new structure and prizes for this year. There will be 3 grand prize awards this year. One for the kids, one for the women, and one for the men. We have worked out a deal with a highly recognized taxidermist, Fittante Replicas, that the biggest fish caught by each one of these groups, (during club outings) will get their trophy mounted for them on behalf of Salmon Unlimited. So, the more you fish the outings, the better chance you have of winning a mount of a lifetime! Also, we need a picture of that fish at the back of the boat for proof it was caught during the outing!!!!!! Also, there will be 2 side pots. One side pot, will be $10 per man, for the biggest fish caught of that outing. The other side bet will be a progressive pot. The first person to come in to the scales with 3 fish over 50 lbs, takes the pot. If no winner, the pot roles over to the next outing. Never know, someone could walk away with a huge lump at the end of the year if no one produces. But I wouldn't get too excited, I have a strange feeling the Angry Pirate will be cleaning up on that one! The only stipulation is that you must have entered into 2 outings to be qualified to win it! That pot is $10 per boat. Everyone current member of SU with an email, should be getting a rules sheet sent to them in the very near future. So, come on out, and if anyone is wanting to fish, please email me at 87_chevman@att.net, or send me a text or call at 262-719-7973, or post it below, and let me know if you are in for the outing. Weather looks to be a go. Remember to keep your radios to the SU comedy channel, 88, on your radios. Look forward to seeing everyone and hoping to make this year much better than last.
